Senior Dublin Champions Bow Out After An Amazing Season!

The St. Mary’s Senior Camogie team who won the Dublin championship on January 17th represented Dublin in the All Ireland quarter final at the weekend. Unfortunately, the St. Marys girls bowed out of the championship on Saturday in Erin’s Isle. The opposition; Coláiste Naomh Cormac from Co. Offaly proved too strong for the home side on the day. St. Mary’s gave it their all and worked tirelessly until the final whistle. All panel members were called into action on the day, representing the unbelievable team effort which crowned them county champions earlier this month. We are extremely proud of our senior team captained by 6th year students Emer Carney and Naoise Finnegan. Erin’s Isle GAA Club provided refreshments for both teams and all supporters, for which we are very grateful. A huge well done to all involved, a medal presentation and further celebrations will be organised in the coming months. 20180110_142419(0)
