Islamic Cultural Centre and Mosque Tour
Class 2 Connolly and 2 McDermott went to the Islamic Cultural Centre and Mosque today as part of their Junior Certificate Journal project title:
“A study of how religious belief is expressed in the main features of a place of prayer associated with one of the following world religions: Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam or Judaism.”
A tour of the mosque and a question and answer session with Dr. Ali formed part of the day.
